According to civicscience.com, younger consumers are more likely to have used professional mental healthcare services since the start of the pandemic. 56% of surveyed Adults 18-24 used professional mental healthcare services as often or more often during the pandemic, and 17% used them for the first time. 44% of surveyed Adults 25-34 used mental healthcare services as often or more during the pandemic, and 10% used them for the first time. 56% of new mental healthcare users tried teletherapy during the pandemic, and 45% of returning mental healthcare users tried teletherapy.
