Daniel Anstandig
CEO and Co-Founder

Daniel AnstandigFuture-minded and passionate about technology’s convergence with media, Daniel Anstandig launched Futuri after success in the media and technology industries as a young entrepreneur and advisor to some of the world’s top media brands.

As Founder and CEO of Futuri, he leads the company’s mission to help media brands grow audiences and revenue with AI-powered solutions. Serving over 7,000 media brands in 22 countries, Futuri has earned nine spots on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Companies.

Daniel holds 20+ patents in audio, AI, and broadcast tech. In 2021, he co-founded SparkTrade.io, democratizing algorithmic trading insights for thousands of investors. He’s also a partner at 3D MediaVentures and co-founder of HappiSeek, an AI-driven hypnotherapy platform for mental wellness.

His advisory work spans The Wall Street Journal, CBS News, iHeartMedia, and The White House Commission on Remembrance. He serves on the boards of BoxCast and Teaching Place. Outside of tech, Daniel is a passionate songwriter and producer behind Rhythm&Truth, creating music that fuses soul, jazz, and funk.

Dana Bojcic
SVP, Talent Development and Human Resources

Dana Bojcic

Dana guides Futuri executives, managers, and individuals to recognize their unique talents and leverage their strengths. She remains focused on getting the right people on the bus and in the right seats to accelerate performance.

She proactively helps others to do their best work through teaching, training, coaching and mentoring. Her focus at Futuri is leading recruitment, talent acquisition, and talent development.

Dana has a real gift for teaching and sharing information in a fun and creative way. Her collaboration with senior leaders drives strategic recruitment and retention of top talent.
Dana brings over 20+ years of extensive knowledge in media sales training, talent recruitment, digital advertising, account management and business development. She has served as a certified Talent Analyst and has worked with both digital and traditional advertising agencies and media companies. Dana faces each new challenge head on. She has a passion for people and limitless energy to help others identify and grow their talents; Dana is an architect of Talent Management.

Mary Rogers
SVP Sales

Mary Rogers

With over two decades of experience in sales and marketing, Mary brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, client account management, and revenue generation. Her passion for Futuri’s products is rooted in her six-year experience as a client across different companies and markets. 

Mary’s journey in media sales began on the other side of the table, as a marketing director at a pioneering medical practice. After successfully branding her client using both traditional media and various digital platforms, she was recruited by Cox Media Group to deliver the same successes to Cox clients. Her transition to a sales leader at Cox Media Group marks the beginning of an illustrious career. Mary has led teams to many successes in four markets, most recently in Dallas with Audacy.

Living in San Antonio with her family, Mary is excited to join Futuri’s mission to revolutionize broadcast radio, TV, and digital publishing.  Mary’s expertise in digital multi-platform strategies and streaming options positions her perfectly to lead Futuri’s sales initiatives.

Tracy Gilliam
Chief Strategy Officer

Tracy Gilliam is one of the founding members of Futuri and today proudly serves on the company’s executive leadership team. A journalist by trade, Tracy’s 25 years in the media industry includes broadcast journalist for multiple news outlets including KMOX in St. Louis. At the age of 29, she was named Market Manager for Clear Channel in Omaha, went on to serve as General Sales Manager for CBS in Los Angeles, and ultimately moved to Washington, D.C. where she founded TopLine Matters – a media research firm to help broadcast sales departments grow revenue. After operating for more than five years, her company was acquired by Futuri in 2015 and her product, now called TopLine, is one of the technology firm’s fastest growing products.

Marty Shagrin
Chief Financial Officer

Martin (Marty) Shagrin is Chief Financial Officer at Futuri Media. After a successful career analyzing and investing in Technology companies he will turn that experience internal to Futuri to help drive continued growth and value by working on establishing new partnerships, acquisitions, and internal financial performance. Previously, he served as a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Victory Capital Management, an investment management firm that he joined in 1999. Most recently he was a Portfolio Manager and Analyst where he was active in researching and investing in companies across all market sectors and was most focused on performing company due diligence on investment opportunities in the Technology, Media, and Consumer industries. Previously he served as a Research Analyst and was the Technology Sector Leader in support of multiple Victory investment strategies. Mr. Shagrin has been quoted in several business publications and media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones News Service, and The Associated Press. He received an M.B.A. in Finance from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BSBA in Accounting from The Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University.

Craig Hahn
VP/GM, Fusion

Craig Hahn is a seasoned radio broadcasting executive with over 26 years of proven leadership in revenue generation and market strategy. As Vice President of Fusion at Futuri, he leads the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions that enhance broadcaster capabilities and drive audience engagement across radio platforms.

Throughout his distinguished career, Craig spent 21+ years with iHeartMedia, rising to Senior Vice President of Sales, where he directed comprehensive revenue operations across broadcast and streaming audio, digital portfolios, and sponsorships for the Nashville market. Craig’s expertise spans the full spectrum of radio revenue streams, from traditional on-air advertising to emerging digital platforms, positioning him at the forefront of broadcasting’s technological evolution.

VP/GM, Content Intelligence

Nick Sabean is a bold force in AI-powered media innovation. With a sharp eye for market opportunity and a proven playbook for growth, he’s helping transform how publishers, podcasters, and content creators stay relevant, monetize smarter, and move at the speed of culture. Whether he’s building a partner ecosystem, developing GTM campaigns, or crafting compelling narratives, Nick blends product depth, creative instinct, and operational savvy to lead from the front.

Kathy Eagle

Kathy Eagle is the President of TopLine, Futuri’s AI-driven sales acceleration system, shaping the success of broadcast media sales professionals. With almost 30 years of broadcast sales leadership, including two decades at Cox Media Group, Kathy leads a dynamic team at TopLine. Comprising research analysts, strategists, designers, copywriters, and developers, they empower sales executives across Radio, TV, Print, Digital, and various industries to craft data-driven narratives, to close business faster.

Passionate about leveraging technology to navigate the evolving sales landscape, Kathy is dedicated to achieving lasting revenue for her clients. Her leadership style is defined by problem-solving skills, innovative solutions, and a commitment to helping individuals and organizations reach their goals through the transformative power of technology. In a rapidly changing world, Kathy Eagle is the visionary guiding teams to success with experience, strategic thinking, and a relentless pursuit of results.

Preston Copley
VP/GM, AI Audiobooks

Preston Copley is a producer and creative executive with 15 years’ experience in audio, music, and live entertainment. As Head of Performance for Audible, Preston pioneered groundbreaking initiatives for the Audible Studio Originals brand, including Words + Music, a franchise of short form-memoir storytelling shows featuring original music performance from icons of culture such as James Taylor, Patti Smith, Eddie Vedder and Common, and Origins, the immersive podcast experience featuring today’s biggest names in music, including Billie Eilish and Doja Cat, performing the stories of how they became the artists they are today.

Prior to joining Audible, Preston produced for Broadway, television and film, overseeing development and production at Jean Doumanian Productions, an Academy Award and Golden Globe nominated, and Tony Award winning, film, television and theatrical production company, as well as prior experience at the Disney Theatrical Group. Preston was an early entrant into the podcasting industry in 2009 as a producer of The SDCF Masters of the Stage podcast series for the labor union. Preston is from Louisville, Kentucky and a married father of two.

Marc Jaromin
Director of Public Safety Platforms

Experienced in all aspects of media operations and organizational advancement, Marc is an entrepreneurial professional specializing in building groundbreaking teams that consistently deliver innovative content development and community engagement.

Marc’s career highlights include owner/operator of WDBD-Fox40, WUFX-MY35, and WXMS-MeTV in Jackson, Mississippi; Mojo Brands Media, a national production company in Winter Park, Florida; and Stratus Broadcasting, a 27-station, multi-network, shared services facility in Davenport, Iowa.

Marc has also held VP/GM positions with EW Scripps (WKBW-7ABC in Buffalo, New York) and the Nexstar Media Group (WROC-CBS8/ WUHF-Fox31 in Rochester, New York).

Marc also serves as Co-Dean of the National Association of Broadcasters’ Broadcast Leadership Training program in Washington, DC and Dean of the New York State Broadcaster Association’s Rising Leaders training program in Albany, New York.
