Smart speaker and voice-operated personal assistant use are gaining popularity. Of moms:
- 46% own a smart speaker, up from 34% in 2019.
- 74% of smart speaker owners own an Amazon device.
- 63% use voice-operated personal assistants (such as Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant), showing their appreciating of hands-free devices.
- 58% own two or more smart speakers.
