Martin (Marty) Shagrin is Chief Financial Officer at Futuri Media. After a successful career analyzing and investing in Technology companies he will turn that experience internal to Futuri to help drive continued growth and value by working on establishing new partnerships, acquisitions, and internal financial performance. Previously, he served as a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Victory Capital Management, an investment management firm that he joined in 1999. Most recently he was a Portfolio Manager and Analyst where he was active in researching and investing in companies across all market sectors and was most focused on performing company due diligence on investment opportunities in the Technology, Media, and Consumer industries. Previously he served as a Research Analyst and was the Technology Sector Leader in support of multiple Victory investment strategies. Mr. Shagrin has been quoted in several business publications and media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones News Service, and The Associated Press. He received an M.B.A. in Finance from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BSBA in Accounting from The Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University.

Future-minded and passionate about technology’s convergence with media, Daniel Anstandig launched Futuri Media after success in the media and technology industries as a young entrepreneur and advisor to some of the world’s top media brands.
As CEO and co-founder of Futuri Media, Anstandig leads the software company, based in Cleveland with offices in Chicago and DC, in developing innovative interactive consumer platforms and SaaS-based solutions for broadcasters and digital publishers Futuri specializes in audience engagement and sales intelligence technology solutions.
Anstandig has advised The Wall Street Journal, CBS News, Clear Channel R&D, The White House Commission on Remembrance, Glencoe-McGraw Hill, and various broadcasting companies in the USA, Canada, and Europe on digital audience and revenue growth strategies. Daniel’s research and editorials on radio and interactive media have been published in The Wall Street Journal, Billboard, and numerous trade publications. A proud two-time recipient of Edison Research’s 30 Under 30 Award, Daniel has also been recognized by Entrepreneur magazine for his work as a young entrepreneur.
Dana guides Futuri executives, managers, and individuals to recognize their unique talents and leverage their strengths. She remains focused on getting the right people on the bus and in the right seats to accelerate performance.
She proactively helps others to do their best work through teaching, training, coaching and mentoring. Her focus at Futuri is leading recruitment, talent acquisition, and talent development.
Dana has a real gift for teaching and sharing information in a fun and creative way. Her collaboration with senior leaders drives strategic recruitment and retention of top talent.
Dana brings over 20+ years of extensive knowledge in media sales training, talent recruitment, digital advertising, account management and business development. She has served as a certified Talent Analyst and has worked with both digital and traditional advertising agencies and media companies. Dana faces each new challenge head on. She has a passion for people and limitless energy to help others identify and grow their talents; Dana is an architect of Talent Management.
An award-winning engineer, Craig’s career spans 35+ years providing his expertise that has led to tremendous advancement in the technology, broadcasting and engineering sectors. His broadcast industry accolades include being the recipient of the Carl E. Lee Broadcast Engineering Excellence Award in 2017. He has engineered complex media operations for multiple public and private broadcast companies including Liggett Media, Krol Communications, and Synergy Broadcasting in addition to owning his own engineering consultancy. Since 2009, Craig’s many technical capabilities have been utilized in the build-out of many of Futuri’s SaaS technologies that have shaped the future of the media industry.
Kathy Eagle is the President of TopLine, Futuri’s AI-driven sales acceleration system, shaping the success of broadcast media sales professionals. With almost 30 years of broadcast sales leadership, including two decades at Cox Media Group, Kathy leads a dynamic team at TopLine. Comprising research analysts, strategists, designers, copywriters, and developers, they empower sales executives across Radio, TV, Print, Digital, and various industries to craft data-driven narratives, to close business faster.
Passionate about leveraging technology to navigate the evolving sales landscape, Kathy is dedicated to achieving lasting revenue for her clients. Her leadership style is defined by problem-solving skills, innovative solutions, and a commitment to helping individuals and organizations reach their goals through the transformative power of technology. In a rapidly changing world, Kathy Eagle is the visionary guiding teams to success with experience, strategic thinking, and a relentless pursuit of results.
With over two decades of experience in sales and marketing, Mary brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, client account management, and revenue generation. Her passion for Futuri’s products is rooted in her six-year experience as a client across different companies and markets.
Mary’s journey in media sales began on the other side of the table, as a marketing director at a pioneering medical practice. After successfully branding her client using both traditional media and various digital platforms, she was recruited by Cox Media Group to deliver the same successes to Cox clients. Her transition to a sales leader at Cox Media Group marks the beginning of an illustrious career. Mary has led teams to many successes in four markets, most recently in Dallas with Audacy.
Living in San Antonio with her family, Mary is excited to join Futuri’s mission to revolutionize broadcast radio, TV, and digital publishing. Mary’s expertise in digital multi-platform strategies and streaming options positions her perfectly to lead Futuri’s sales initiatives.
President 3D MediaVentures- A 40 year broadcast veteran, Jon Erdahl brings a wealth of innovation in all areas of broadcasting including programming, sales, and management development. As President of 3D MediaVentures, Erdahl advises Wall Street VC/PE/Hedge fund partners to maximize sector investments and improve operational efficiencies. Jon’s hands-on leadership style has proven effective with clients globally. Jon regularly contributes articles on Digital and Radio Broadcasting for RadioInk Magazine as well as a featured columnist with RadioInfo.com and the NOW e-news letter. Jon is a regular speaker at many industry events concerning the evolution of the Digital space, Solution Based Selling seminars, and Programming strategy. Recent highlights include the Television Bureau of Canada TV Everywhere, The Radio Beijing Conference at UCLA and the Canadian GMA. Jon continues to work with the Radio Advertising Bureau in the U.S. contributing videos for their Digital sales programs and video library archives and contributes Digital training video case-studies to the Local Broadcast Sales (LBS) organization with affiliations at over 22 State Broadcast Associations in America, and is a frequent Sales/Digital panelist at the yearly National Association of Broadcasters/Radio Advertising Bureau conferences throughout the U.S. As President of 3D MediaVentures, Jon has the vision to leverage all radio platforms; maximizing unique revenue opportunities in the digital space as well as terrestrial broadcasting assets. As the former President of McVay New Media, as well as working with Clear Channel Communications over the past decade as Regional Vice President of Programming/Director of Regional Operations, Jon is uniquely qualified to develop solutions for any size market; recognizing that each has a unique set of opportunities. Understanding key client marketing objectives is vital toward developing customized plans; achieving goals that can be successfully measured. As former Vice President of TopLine Matters, a digital sales solution platform, Jon’s experience in developing cross-platform strategies has consistently delivered results. Responsibility and accountability are key components to Jon’s leadership over the years. Expect strong strategy development to play a pivotal role in any Digital/Broadcasting initiative and its celebration of success. Jon is a Clear Channel Pinnacle Award leader, a Federal Express Pinnacle Leadership award recipient, has served as the Communications Chair on the United States Special Olympics Committee in NH, was part of the small/medium market committee at the National Association of Broadcasters, and has held positions at the state level in various organizations such as the Partnership for a Drug Free NH and NH’s Rock the Vote campaign.
Sophie Fry currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer of Futuri Media and is a member of Futuri’s Executive Leadership Team. She is at the forefront of driving technological innovation within the organization. Her position and extensive background in media have helped her create and shape products that help enterprise customers drive audience and revenue throughout their field organizations.
Sophie is a dynamic leader with a deep-seated passion for helping organizations and individuals realize their maximum potential. Beyond her primary role, she has been very involved in driving ongoing success in Futuri’s sales, development, customer experience, and talent management efforts.
Prior to joining Futuri, Sophie served as a VP and Senior consultant with both an international media consulting firm and a large US media conglomerate, Cox Media Group. In those roles, she consulted Television, Radio, Newspaper, and Cable system sales, product, and management teams. Across those organizations, Sophie quickly became a trusted partner and coach to the most senior-level executives.
Tracy Gilliam is one of the founding members of Futuri and today proudly serves on the company’s executive leadership team. A journalist by trade, Tracy’s 25 years in the media industry includes broadcast journalist for multiple news outlets including KMOX in St. Louis. At the age of 29, she was named Market Manager for Clear Channel in Omaha, went on to serve as General Sales Manager for CBS in Los Angeles, and ultimately moved to Washington, D.C. where she founded TopLine Matters – a media research firm to help broadcast sales departments grow revenue. After operating for more than five years, her company was acquired by Futuri in 2015 and her product, now called TopLine, is one of the technology firm’s fastest growing products.
Since joining Futuri in 2010, Senior Vice President, Finance, Laura Griffith has played an integral role in leading and developing the business division from a startup to one of the fastest-growing Inc. 500 private companies, overseeing exponential revenue growth from thousands to millions. With 20 years’ experience as a controller, financial manager, and operations manager, Laura previously managed financial operations for a company with annual revenues of more than $60 million. A member of the 2015-2016 Broadcast Leadership Training Program (BLT) through the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation, Laura, with guidance and support from some of the industry’s top executives, focuses on the unique process of accessing, purchasing, owning, and operating radio and television stations. This training provides a blueprint for talented business people, like Laura, to advance industry knowledge while fine-tuning their leadership skills.
Jay O’Connor is President of Futuri’s Content Cloud, a platform being developed to serve the needs of the 50 million content creators worldwide. He’s also a strategic advisor on other initiatives at Futuri, the leader in AI-driven content, audience, and revenue solutions for media companies and creators, including its SpotOn commercial and promo production system.
O’Connor has more than 25 years of experience in management and sales executive positions for television and radio broadcasters, including Cox Media Group, Cox Radio, and Katz Radio. His experience includes Group Vice President oversight of CMG’s major-market TV and radio brands across the country, including KTVU-TV in San Francisco and CMG’s Tampa radio cluster. O’Connor also served as General Manager of KIRO-TV in Seattle.
Prior to joining Futuri, O’Connor spent five years managing the investment fund he founded, Dunhill Creek Capital. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. O’Connor currently resides in Cary, North Carolina, with his wife Laura, and their golden retriever, Madigan.
Raponi is a respected veteran of the broadcast space, having spent the bulk of his 30+ year history in VP/General Manager roles at major-market stations including WFXT Boston and KTVU/KICU in the San Francisco Bay area. Before starting his media career with Katz Communications in 1979, Raponi was signed to a professional contract with the Detroit Tigers.
Todd has spent the past two decades as a leader in the broadcast and cable industries managing complex infrastructures and workflows to ensure better efficiencies and processes. His career started at legendary WLLZ in Detroit and went on to include successful stints in programming management in local radio, digital traffic management at cable giant Comcast, and today leads the operations department at one of the nation’s fastest growing SaaS firms, Futuri. Todd directly oversees the talented team that makes up Futuri’s VIP Support, Development, Product Management, Project Management, and Partner Success teams.
